The gate at the front of The Cottage leads you into the enclosed patio, where you will hear the sound of the stream running past the front window. Open the front door into the tiled hallway, which leads you down 2 steps into the sitting room with its wooden floors and exposed beams. With plenty of seating, the lounge offers a selection of games, books, a smart TV, and a feature fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
There is a separate dining room that seats six, a handy utility room, and a modern, country-style kitchen overlooking the Silkstone woods. This kitchen includes everything you need, including a washing machine, oven and hob, toaster, slow cooker, and air fryer.
An original stone staircase leads you up to the first floor, where you will find 3 pretty and light bedrooms and a luxurious shower room. This cosy, warm cottage accommodates 5 guests in the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a generous king-size bed, painted wooden furniture, and a Smart TV. It has pretty views of the Silkstone Woods.
